Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for Cathi, her team, and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This policy applies to all existing clients of Cathi, new clients booking directly with her, and—unless otherwise stated—clients of salons where Cathi serves as an advisor or consultant. If you’re visiting one of these partnered salons, please confirm with Cathi that the policy applies in full at that location.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Example: If you booked a $100 haircut for Saturday and cancel on Friday afternoon, you will be charged $50.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total before future appointments can be booked.
Example: If you booked a $200 color service and do not show up or call, the full $200 will be charged to your card on file.
We understand emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
Example: If your child becomes ill the morning of your appointment, let us know right away. While fees normally apply, we may make exceptions for true emergencies at our discretion.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy applies to all clients of Cathi, whether you are working directly with her or receiving services at a salon she advises or consults for. If you are at a partner salon, please confirm with Cathi that the policy applies in full at that location.
Unused, unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
Example: You buy a shampoo but decide you don’t need it and never open it. You may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless the product is defective.
Example: If you open a bottle of conditioner and dislike the scent, it cannot be returned. However, if the pump is broken, we will replace it.
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a correction service with the same stylist at no additional charge.
Example: If your haircut is uneven, contact us within 7 days and we’ll schedule a complimentary touch-up with the stylist who performed the service.
