Licensed Hair Stylist, Colorist and Precession Cutter Need for Busy West Palm Beach Location
One Xi Salon in West Palm Beach is seeking experienced Professional Licensed Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist and Precession Cutter to help us service the down town West Palm Beach community.
Our goal is to keep our salon staff with professional licensed stylist. We are conducting interviews in advance for future expansion.
Commission Pay:
Our pay structure is set up on a Commission Split. Details will be explained during the interview process.

We have a laid back professional atmosphere. We support and encourage each other to strive for excellence. Our practice is to be cordial to each other at all times at One Xi Salon.

Our Clientele:
We have a mixed clientele. We service white collar professionals in the downtown area of West Palm Beach. We have a number of clients from Palm Beach as well.
We also have a very large University Student clientele.
Because of our reviews we have clients come from several cities within a 20 miles radius of our location.
DRESS CODE – PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND IMAGE
You have chosen to work in the beauty industry which puts us in the fashion spotlight more than the average career. One Xi Salon sees ourselves as a step above the rest and in that we have a strict dress code:
Our Dress Code is open to your style and color of choice but, we expect your clothing to be pressed, clean and fashionable. All combinations of colors and combination are acceptable.
We are in the Beauty and Health industry it is imperative that your hair, nails and makeup represent current trends as well as presenting a complete look daily.
As professional the following will NEVER be acceptable for work: Spaghetti straps, flip-flops, torn or worn clothing, jeans, printed t-shirts, ribbed tank tops, tennis shoes flip flops, midriff bearing tops, shorts, tank tops.
PLEASE NOTE: If management feels you are not presentable when you come to work, you will be asked to go home and change or wear a color smock over your wardrobe for the day.
Stylist Requirements:
Mandatory: Active State Cosmetology License Verifiable on My Florida

1: All candidates must be an experienced, organized, and reliable hair stylist practicing modern hair stylist techniques.
2: You must have at least 3 years on the floor.
3: Be able to work flex hours.
4: Follow directions as well as take constructive criticism!
5: Be passionate supportive of your co-workers and fellow stylist
6: Be able to listen to constructive criticism and learn our client’s personality.
7: Pass Criminal Back Ground Check
8: Attend monthly meetings
Work Hours:
Stylist must be able to work flex hours.
Monday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Interview Process:
Provide me with a clear explanation of your strength and weakness when it comes to hair styling, cutting and color. Explain what you do the best.
