Located inside Harper’s Edge Salon & Sanctuary on S Dixie Highway, this location operates with a refined, high-end experience supported by structure, leadership, and consistency. This opportunity is ideal for stylists who take pride in their work, value professionalism, and are looking to grow within a well-managed environment.

She understands the full lifecycle of the industry—from working behind the chair to building, managing, and improving salon operations.

West Palm Beach – local access
Palm Beach – 10 to 15 minutes
Lake Worth – 10 minutes
Delray Beach – 25 to 30 minutes
Wellington – 20 to 25 minutes
Palm Beach Gardens – 20 to 25 minutes
Boynton Beach – 20 to 25 minutes
Greenacres – 15 to 20 minutes
Transportation options include personal vehicle, Uber, Lyft, taxi services, and Palm Tran routes along S Dixie Highway.
Leadership & Salon Direction
This location is supported and overseen by Catherine Michele, Salon Director, Beauty Consultant, Advisor, and Professional Stylist Since 1992.
Her role in this project includes:
Overseeing salon operations and standards
Supporting stylists and team development
Implementing systems and structure
Ensuring consistency in service and client experience
Maintaining alignment with current trends and industry expectations
She continues to work with select clients while also focusing on building a strong, professional team and scalable salon environment.

Active Florida Cosmetology License
Minimum 3 years experience
Flexible availability
