Types of Concerns We Address

This may include, but is not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with your hairstyle or service outcome
Concerns regarding cleanliness, comfort, or overall salon environment
Use of inappropriate language or disruptive behavior within the salon
Unprofessional conduct from a team member or guest
Any situation that makes you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or disrespected

On-Site Resolution

If you are still at the salon, you may request to speak privately with Catherine Michele or the on-duty salon manager before leaving your appointment.

Whenever possible, addressing concerns in real time allows for quicker resolution and a better overall experience.
