At oneXI Salon and any partner locations under the management, consultation, or advisory of Cathi Schilson, we are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for every guest.

While we strive for excellence in both service and atmosphere, we understand that issues may occasionally arise — whether related to your hairstyle, the overall salon environment, or interactions with staff or other guests.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with your hairstyle or service outcome
  • Concerns about the cleanliness, comfort, or atmosphere of the salon
  • Inappropriate language or profanity used within the salon
  • Unprofessional demeanor or conduct from a team member or guest
  • Any behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or disrespected

How to Report a Concern

We encourage you to share your feedback promptly so we can address and resolve the matter:

      Please include:
      • Date and time of your visit
      • Details of the incident or concern
      • Names (if known) of any staff or guests involved
  2. On-Site Reporting
    • Ask to speak privately with Cathi or the on-duty salon manager before leaving your appointment.
