Salon Cancelation & Return Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments associated with One XI Salon and Catherine Michele may be scheduled through multiple channels, including direct booking, partner salon locations, or third-party platforms.

Appointments may be coordinated, assigned, or fulfilled through trusted partner locations to ensure proper timing, service alignment, and availability.

Regardless of where or how your appointment is scheduled, or which stylist performs your service, the same cancellation and no-show policies apply.

This ensures consistency in scheduling, service standards, and availability across all locations and environments where services are provided.


Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Example:
A $100 service canceled within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee.


No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may require confirmation or prepayment.

Example:
A $200 service missed without notice will result in a $200 charge.


Emergency Considerations

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.


Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment associated with One XI Salon or Catherine Michele, you acknowledge and accept these terms. These policies remain in effect regardless of booking method, location, or service provider.


Return and Service Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. These policies apply to all services and retail purchases associated with One XI Salon and Catherine Michele, regardless of where services are performed.


Retail Products

Unused and unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

Example:
A product purchased but not opened may be returned or exchanged within the 14-day window.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards, unless the product is defective.

Example:
If a product is defective or the packaging is faulty, we will replace it.


Services

All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist or an appropriate team member to ensure your satisfaction.

Example:
If your haircut or service requires refinement, we will schedule a correction appointment at no additional charge.


Service Consistency Across Locations

Services may be performed by Catherine Michele or a qualified stylist within a partner location. Regardless of where your service is performed, all service policies, quality standards, and follow-up procedures remain consistent.
